Fractional Ownership Shares for Sale – 2016

All shares listed below are located in the Languedoc region with the exception of La Bruyere which is found to the east of Bordeaux.  To visit these homes, one can fly into the major hubs of Barcelona and take the TGV train north or head for Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and be in the Languedoc in about 3 hours.

5.  Crazy for Cruzy LLC 2005– Cruzy, Languedoc

Crazy for Cruzy

Crazy for Cruzy was a real find since an architect from South Africa had refurbished it using top notch materials and design. With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open sunny layout, what more could one want?  Oh yes- a rooftop terrace overlooking the vineyards. That’s there too!  Close to the Canal du Midi, Capestang, Narbonne and Beziers, bring the whole family!

6.  Catalonia on the Sea in 2007– Cerbere, Languedoc

1/8th deeded share -$59,900

Catalonia Stacie's visit 032

We lived a whole year in the south of France before we took the serpentine coastal highway between Collioures and Port Bou, Spain. The expression “died and gone to heaven” comes to mind since the vineyard sweep down to kiss the sea in a wild and wanton way. This gorgeous petite jewel of an apartment is perfect if you enjoy Spain, like to get away from it all, would like to call this corner of the world “home” for two months a year.  Close to Perpignan and Barcelona…

7.  Maison Bleue in 2008- Quarante,  Languedoc

1/10th deeded share – $63900

Ron's Maison Bleu-140

The village of Quarante is a favorite with expats as it’s just the right size, location, look, feel, and amenities and a perfect home base to explore the mountains, vineyards and sea. I do not buy a property unless it makes my heart “sing” and this one did, the instant we walked in the front door.  Beautiful decor, light, architectural element AND 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Close to Carcassonne, Narbonne and Beziers…

8.   Fleur d’Uzes-le Muguet in 2012 – Vers Pont du Gard, Gard

1/13th deeded share – $63900

le M 1

Le Muguet may be my most historically significant property with its vaulted ceilings and prime location in Vers Pont du Gard. The owners refer to her at “our castle”. In addition to being lovingly refurbished, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the boules court and the hills of the Gard in the distance.

9.  St. Etienne d’Uzes 2014- Uzes, Gard

1/4 deeded share- $197,760

St Etienne FB photo ad

Last but not least, St. Etienne (St. Stephen) is my first town center property and only found after extensive searching from Antibes to St. Remy to Uzes. What was I seeking?  A light-filled historic center 2 bedroom flat, oozing with character, completely renovated to a high degree with an outside space to enjoy an evening glass of wine. When we felt like heading out the front door we’d find lively market, shops, music, cafes… people!  Did we get this?  You be the judge…
